1. Framework Service Definition
LinkinLabs operates a digital communication system that acts as an intermediary connecting clients to authoritative third-party testing labs. We streamline request submissions, coordinate data handoffs, organize logistics, and distribute digital certifications. LinkinLabs does not directly execute laboratory chemical procedures, micro-biological analysis, or independent physical assays.
2. User Profiles and Account Accountability
To place lab requests, users must generate a user profile. You affirm that all metadata supplied is complete, factual, and accurate. You are exclusively responsible for preserving the confidentiality of credentials, API endpoints, and any request activities initialized under your active dashboard session.
3. Sample Custody and Delivery Terms
Clients bear complete responsibility for the safety, sealing standard, preservation context, and description accuracy of all material units dispatched for testing. Samples must be delivered in proper storage containers through verified couriers or authorized physical drop-offs. LinkinLabs is not liable for structural sample degeneration or package breaches occurring during external vehicle transport.
4. Processing Timelines and Certifications
Estimated turnaround windows stated on dashboard tracking blocks are approximate and depend heavily on individual partner laboratory capacity. Official compliance certifications are distributed dynamically via the client portal as soon as laboratory assessment parameters are fully populated and logged by testing institutions.
5. Financial Adjustments and Payments
All scheduled test requests require clear confirmation and full processing settlement through our integrated secure payment gates before laboratories accept and initialize sample testing batches. Refund parameters, if applicable, are governed on a per-case breakdown relative to whether laboratory technicians have initiated testing procedures.
6. Limitations of Accountability
LinkinLabs functions strictly as an operational intermediary engine. We accept no liability for any financial disruption, commercial delay, supply distribution pause, or regulatory consequence arising out of specific laboratory analysis data, analytical report delays, or certificate verification outcomes.
